Kids Scavenger Hunt Friday - Sunday (NEW)

The Kids Scavenger Hunt is a fun activity for kids. This will help keep them engaged and also provides education about pens. Kids will get a prize when they return their completed passport. Passports are available at the registration desk. Hosted by the Pen Collectors of America

 

Fountain Pen Social Saturday 6-10pm (NEW) - with KC

Join fellow pen and stationery enthusiasts for an evening of sharing how much we love our hobby. An opportunity to mingle, do some activities, and show off that pen show haul! Everyone is welcome whether you just got your first fountain pen or have had fountain pens for decades. Hosted from 6 pm to 10 pm, feel free to come and go throughout the time. This gathering will be all ages friendly, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

THURSDAY, May 1
For Vendors and Weekend Pass Holders only 

·       9 am-6 pm - Informal get together to buy, sell and trade

·       7 pm - Pizza Party. Pizza party sponsored by thepenshow.com and Jimmie Dolive along with The Chicago Pen Show, featuring Giordano's Pizza.

FRIDAY, May 2

·       8 am - 9am  - Vendor Set Up

        9am - 5:30pm - Weekend Pass Holders

        10 am - 5 pm - Auction Preview. Location: Kent Room

·       Noon to 5:30 p.m. - Open to the public 

·       7 - 8 pm - Auction Preview. Location: Kent Room

·       8 - 10 pm - PEN AUCTION - Location - Kent Room

SATURDAY, May 3

·       8 am Vendor and Weekend Pass Holder Admission

·       9 am-5:30 pm - Open to the public

·       8:30 pm - Whisk(e)y Tasting Event, "The Ladder", extra cost, 21 and         over. Kent Room, Purchase tickets

            Come join us in tasting some fine Scotches

         6 - 10pm - Fountain Pen Social - York 

                              

SUNDAY, May 4

·       8 am – Vendor and Weekend Pass Holder Admission

·       9 am - 4 pm - Open to the Public

Admission to any and all events requires registration and a badge.

THURSDAY - SUNDAY FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATION - $60 per person; early entry Thursday through Sunday; pizza party Thursday night;  auction Friday night; and access to all events and seminars (some seminars may limit attendance, require pre-registration or require additional materials fee).

WHISK(E)Y TASTING EVENT ONLY - $29 per person; Whisk(e)y tasting event on Saturday includes a Chicago Pen Show glass to take home. **MUST be 21 and over, have a vendor badge or purchase a Saturday wristband to attend.

DAILY PUBLIC ADMISSION: No early admission, purchase at the registration table day of

Friday - noon - 5:30 p.m. - $26 credit card/$25 cash(does not include early admission) *Keep your wristband to attend the auction

Saturday - 9 am - 5:30 p.m. - $11 credit card/$10 cash

Sunday - 9 am - 4 p.m. - $11 credit card/$10 cash
